Greens campaign chief Ian Gittus yesterday said his office had received at least five reports of push polling in the Labor-held Gabba ward.

Mr Gittus said among the questions, residents were told Greens candidate Drew Hutton had given his preferences to the Liberal Party - an allegation the Greens denied.

"No decision has been made on preferences and we're still doing the final negotiations now," he said.
