Property developers should be banned from donating to political parties in Queensland, Greens lord mayoral candidate Jo-Anne Bragg said today.
Ms Bragg said it was "undemocratic" of the Liberal and Labor parties to use money from developers to fund their election campaigns.
"The political donations system stinks," she said.
"Property developers are not charities, they give to the ALP and Libs hoping for favours and taking advantage of weak laws on donations."
